Each batch of products is tested for performance using a wide range of aerobic and anaerobic pathogens to ensure adequate recoveries. Lot number/ expiry date and tamper-evident tube ensure complete traceability and sterility.

Stuart medium preparation was designed to preserve Neisseria Gonorrhea and Trichomonas Vaginalis without permitting their proliferation.

The Stuart medium has been shown to be suitable for transporting Haemophilus Influentiae, Streptococcus Pyogenes, Corynebacterium Diphtheria, Enterobacteria, and Bacteria of the respiratory tract as well.

Bacteria can survive up to 72 hours.
